My Bio:

My interest in becoming a REALTOR dates back to the late 1960's, however, it wasn't until I completed a 31 year career as a Regional Sales Manager for a large Musical Instrument Distributor, that I realized my dream of becoming a REALTOR.

Since obtaining my Real Estate license 7 years ago, I have enjoyed working with many Buyers, and Sellers. 

It is my belief that if I am representing you as a buyer, I CANNOT SELL YOU A HOME. 
What I can do is research listings and find homes to show you, based on your needs and desires.  When you find your dream home I go to work, helping you prepare an offer, present your offer and counter offers if necessary to the Sellers agent.  Once we have a contract accepted I will open escrow and make sure that all of the time lines are met.   Inspection period, Appraisal ordered, Pest inspection ordered, communicate with you, your lender, and the escrow officer, etc until we have a successful Close of Escrow.

If I am representing you as a Seller, I will do everything in my power to Market your property.  First I will install a Gold Post yard sign with flyer box, and make sure that there are always flyers available describing your home.  I will arrange a tour for all of the agents in my office to preview your home. I will market your home to thousands of REALTORS on the MLS, and on a minimum of 5 web sites.  I will hold Open House events if it is convenient to you. When we receive offers, I will present them to you promptly, and when we have a contract accepted, I will make sure that all time lines are met and that we have a successful Close of Escrow.
